Kerael Matthew, from Saint Mary's Academy in the country of Dominica, has signed to run track & field at Milligan College in the fall.

Mariah Richardson, a track star at Reynolds High School, has signed to compete with Milligan College's track & field team for the 2014-15 season.

Lauren Grindstaff set a new personal best and broke the school record in the 5k in Sunday's Music City Distance Carnival.

Two-time All-American runner Lauren Grindstaff will represent Milligan College in the Buffalo uniform one more time on Saturday at the 12th annual Music City Distance Carnival in Nashville, Tennessee.
