Joey Watson, a standout shot putter from overseas, has signed with Milligan College track & field, announced Head Coach Chris Layne on national signing day.

Saturday was all about national championship qualifications and new personal bests for Milligan College track & field as the Buffaloes rounded out day two of the JDL Fast Track Hilton Garden Invitational.

Milligan College's Taylor Tafelsky took sixth in the men's 800-meter run, and Hannah Segrave finished 13th in the women's 800 to highlight day one of the JDL Fast Track Hilton Garden Invitational on Friday.

Led by Hannah Segrave and Lauren Grindstaff, the No. 27 Milligan College women's track & field team will travel with the No. 57 men to Winston-Salem, N.C., for the JDL Fast Track Hilton Garden Invitational Friday and Saturday.
